I have an issue with my order who do I contact?

Please make sure to mention the campaign name, your backer namer or name and the issue with your order so we can best serve you in a timely manner.

When do I make my suggestion?

At the end of the campaign you will be sent a pledge manager. Here you will make your selections, provide your address, select any additional items you may wish along with making any payments that have not already been made that are due.

Refund Policy

Crowdfunding campaigns give us the appropriate amount of funds to be able to manufacture products that we generally wouldn’t be able to do so at the current time. Your pledge is a contribution that helps us make this come to life and we appreciate your support. You may cancel at anytime before the campaign ends and your card will not clear the charge. After the campaign ends we will accept requests for refund minus any fees incurred that are non-refundable at that point (credit card processing, Backerkit, etc). Completion of your pledge survey will confirm your order and we will not be able to issue any refunds for pledges that have completed their surveys unless we are unable to fulfill your item.

We are a small family run business started in 2011 by Husband and Wife team Drew & Bre. Over the last decade we have contributed to the tabletop hobby with original new designs in dice, pins, ttrpg accessories and much more. We have worked with Fortune 500 companies and many companies in the ttrpg and outside the gaming space to create new products to hit your gaming space. If I do all in and the collab with Cryptic Creative do I get two Goblin Pins?

While we appreciate the support the Goblin pin is 1 per backer, the offer does not stack.

No, it is only a special offering for those specific backers

Is VAT, Customs, Duties or other government taxes included in my shipping / pledge?

Unfortunately as a small business we do not have the resources or accounts to properly calculate those fees. We have not charged you for those fees and taxes but they maybe due based on your governments requirements.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
